David Kinsley is the President of Kinsley Group and has worked in a full-time capacity with the company since 1994. Growing a respected business and providing high-value, quality products and services to the community inspires him at work. He is proud of the Kinsley culture, the company’s alignment with solving some of the country’s energy issues and working with some of the finest professionals in the industry. Mr. Kinsley enjoys family time, reading, travel, racquet sports, golf, skiing, hiking and mountain biking—just about any outdoor sport. He believes strongly in community service and currently chairs the board of Capitol Squash, a Hartford-based urban squash/education program, serves on the board of CT Next, a quasi-governmental organization that supports startups and entrepreneurs in Connecticut and is also on the board of Community Bots, providing training in STEM-robotics for middle school girls in underserved communities. David received his B.A. from Dartmouth College.
Chief Operating Officer, Kinsley Group
Matthew Borowiec is the Chief Operating Officer for Kinsley Group. He has over 25 years of transformative leadership experience with multiple Fortune 500 companies and oversees the day-to-day operations for all Kinsley Group business areas. Matthew collaborates with David Kinsley to set and drive organizational vision, company culture, operational strategy, organizational structure, revenue and profitability goals. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Western New England University. Matthew, his wife, and his daughter enjoy spending time with their family and friends in Western, MA. They are outdoor enthusiasts that enjoy hiking, cycling, water, and snow skiing.
Chief Financial Officer, Kinsley Group
Kurt Wiesel is the CFO at Kinsley Group and is responsible for all Financial and Information Technology matters for the company. Kurt has over 20 years of progressive financial leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies in the Industrial and Aerospace industries. He holds a BS in Management and Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with concentrations in Finance and MIS and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts. Kurt enjoys spending time with friends and family and is an avid sports fan.
Vice President of Operations, Kinsley Group
Lloyd Vandenburg is the Vice President of Operations for Kinsley Group. Lloyd has more than 15 years of industrial construction and operations management experience in the public and private sector. As a seasoned operations leader, he maintains close relationships with Kinsley’s customers and business partners, and is consistently striving to achieve operational excellence to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our products and services. Lloyd studied Business Management at Plattsburgh State University and utilizes his extensive experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma methodologies to focus on the continuous improvement of the operations department at Kinsley. Lloyd enjoys spending time with his family, sports and working on classic cars.
Vice President of Human Resources, Kinsley Group
Shari Blackman is Vice President of Human Resources for the Kinsley Group. Shari joined Kinsley after 14 years of progressive management and human resources experience in the entertainment and customer service industry. She prides herself in providing a professional, prompt and common sense approach to human resources and focuses on addressing challenges head-on. Shari received both her B.S. and M.S. from the University of Connecticut where she was an All American on the UConn softball team. Shari enjoys spending time with friends and family and is an avid sports fan.
