Kurt West

Vice President

Kurt West leads the KES team. He has been working in high-capacity roles in the clean energy solutions field for the past 15 years. His unique skill set lies at the intersection of technology, project development and energy finance.

Over his career Kurt has launched and help grow several innovative food, water and energy businesses, focused on deploying distributed scale technology solutions. Kurt has a proven track record of helping customers meet their energy transition goals and has delivered cutting edge projects around the globe.

Kurt holds a BS in Financial Information and Analysis from Clarkson University.

Kent McCord

Sales Engineer

Kent McCord is responsible for sales and project engineering.  Kent brings over twenty years of experience in the distributed energy field, including fuel cells, solar PV, combined heat and power, and waste heat-to-electricity.

Kent holds a BS & MS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, and an MS in Energy Management from NYIT.

David Stevens

Project Engineer

David Stevens is responsible for project engineering and supporting the sales team on new applications. He has eight years of experience delivering energy efficiency and oil refining projects and performing research & development for solar thermal and geothermal power systems. David holds a BE (Hons) in Mechanical & Space Engineering from The University of Queensland, and is a CEM and REP through the Association of Energy Engineers.
